GROUP FITNESS CLASSES

Our group fitness classes are small groups of 6-16 people with 1 -2 trainers on hand per group to guide you. All classes are tailored to your personal goals. You well receive strength testing, body measurements, posture analysis all as part of your training!

FACILITIES & ACTIVITIES

We take the basic approach of free weights. Through our experienced coaches you will receive training on how to be strong and safe using free weights and body weight. No experience needed, all fitness levels welcome. From absolute beginner, to the advanced trainer. We have a class to match your ability and goals.
