What should you know about our DNS – Posture/movement classes? The main thing… you will feel amazing! This is the perfect class to reduce any chronic body ache and pain.
How? Sometimes we don’t even realise we are moving poorly, all that we register is that you have some pain present. Could be your shoulder, or neck, or lower back. But often, the pain can be just the symptom. The cause is often from poor movement elsewhere in your body, which in turn can cause over work in certain areas, and underwork and weakness in others.
